A couple of weeks ago, I asked for help in naming a supporting character in my newest book, scheduled for publication February 13, 2020. The book is currently going by the name ‘Book 3’, and the supporting character by the name of ‘X’. You see my dilemma – which is why I requested assistance.
I had such a terrific response – bushels of thanks to everyone who entered! With so many awesome suggestions, it was a difficult decision, but my youngest son (who is privy to what will happen with this character) and I considered all of the entries, and made a selection.

I think the first time I heard it was around seven years ago in a popular YA fantasy series, and it’s stuck with me since then, Craig.
