If your TBR could do you bodily harm if it fell over, raise your hand. If you can’t raise your hand because you’re pinned underneath it – you’re not alone. Like a lot of people, my TBR pile has gotten completely out of hand and strongly resembles the leading tower of Pisa. My goal over this year is to get through a chunk of these – so I can buy more books, of course. In order to do this, I’ve cut back on the amount of books I’m taking/requesting for reviews, while getting my own book ready for submission.
As a new blog feature, every Monday I’ll list what I’m reading, plus the next three waiting in the wings. This first group contains sequels – some are fresher in my mind than others, but I need to get to these before I completely forget the plot. And here they are:
I’m currently reading Graduation Day by Joelle Charbonneau. The first book in this series, The Testing (review here), grabbed me right away, but the second one, Independent Study (review here) – not so much. I finished it last summer, so I shouldn’t have too much trouble remembering what’s going on – hopefully.
