Seers across the family are coming together, hopeful the Deschanel Magi Collective can solve this malediction that has plagued the family for nearly two centuries.
But how do you combat the blood oath of a grieving mother?
As the body count rises, it becomes apparent that strength, love, and ancient power provide no protection from destiny’s cruel hand.
OMEGA: The Deschanels continue to say goodbye to those they love, just as a new and unexpected hope dawns. Will it be enough to save them? – Goodreads.com
Make sure you can read the last half of this book uninterrupted, because it moves at warp speed and, believe me, you don’t want to miss anything. Act III was loaded with a new round of deaths, highs, lows, shocks, twists – my mouth was actually hanging open a few times.
This was the darkest book of the series, but I felt like it was the natural progression of the story. Let’s be honest – the Deschanels and Sullivans don’t live in the land of rainbows and unicorns. The book elicited a wide spectrum of emotions from me – with some characters, I wanted to smack some sense into them, with others, I wanted to hug them.
The story of the Deschanels and Sullivans is far from over, and I can’t begin to imagine what the future holds for them. This series never disappoints.
